Can't stand the heat

It's April in the UK, and yesterday and today I have managed to develop a heat rash on my upper arms and decolletage.

How on earth am I going to cope with the heat of Turkey in August?

    A big floppy hat and lots of shade. Or don't go out til 4pm as patented by us in Portugal last year..
    If it is any consolation, I have caught the sun from one hazy day oop north.

    Well I suffered again today, and I wasn't in the sun much. Think I'll resort to drugs.
