    1. Remove the big grey walls.
    2. Cull a few people who make my working day stressful..
    3. Finish a 3pm but get paid a full day like some people do. LOL
    4. Have a better autofiling system on my email so I can get my inbox below 100.
    5. Bring Ann back every day as the office is a much more buzzing place when she is around !!
